At CYCO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your spray nozzle order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Customized or special-order spray nozzles are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Used spray nozzles or items showing signs of installation.

Clearance or final sale items.

Customized, modified, or specially manufactured products.

3. Return Process

Contact us with your order details and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping fee.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us.

6. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the return is due to our error).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
